Hendrik (“Enrique”) Varju is of Mexican and Hungarian heritage, his mother born in Guadalajara and his father in Budapest. He spent his childhood cooking and baking with his mother. He has been running our cooking classes at Nostalgia since 2017, specializing in Mexican food he grew up cooking and enjoying.
